Graphical user interface
The graphical user interface is based on the command line arguments. Arguments are assigned to inputs in GUI for easier and faster parameter tuning. Also, plot and verbose output is available. Run the application in GUI mode with the command

All parameters that can be set using the command line interface can also be set in the graphical user interface. There is no difference.
